Selah Gardens does not guarantee plant survival, growth rate, or long-term appearance unless explicitly stated in writing. Outcomes depend on factors including weather, soil conditions, irrigation, pests, and ongoing maintenance.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Disclosing known underground utilities, irrigation systems, drainage, or property boundaries

• Ensuring reasonable access to the work area

• Maintaining installed plants and materials according to provided guidance

Selah Gardens is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground features.

Scheduling & Weather

Project scheduling is subject to weather conditions and seasonal demands. Weather-related delays do not constitute a breach of agreement. Clients will be notified of scheduling changes when reasonably possible.

Payments
