Selah is a Hebrew word most commonly found in the book of Psalms. While its exact meaning is debated, it is widely understood to mean:
“Pause and reflect.” or “Stop and consider.”
In a broader sense, Selah represents a moment of rest, reflection, and intentional stillness, an invitation to slow down and appreciate what has been said or experienced.
For Selah Gardens, the name beautifully reflects the idea of creating spaces that encourage pause, peace, and appreciation of God’s creation through nature.
Our Mission
I'm Gabby, and I started Selah Gardens out of a passion for creating gardens that invite people to pause, and enjoy the beauty of nature.
I graduated with a degree in Horticulture, but my love for plants goes far deeper than just the science, it's about giving praise to God's incredible creation through every garden I design and maintain. I believe we're called to take care of what He's blessed us with, and I see each project as an opportunity to do just that.
Whether I'm designing, installing, planting, or providing general garden maintenance, my goal is to create spaces that reflect both beauty and purpose
